1. Buyer issues the ICPO + Assignable, Transferable, Divisible MT799 + NCNDA + Buyer’s copy of passport.

2. Seller issues FCO.

3. Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO.

4. Seller sends within five (05) banking days the five hard copies duly signed & sealed contract via e-mail & courier.

5. Buyer duly signs & seals all copies of the Contract and returns back to the seller via e-mail & courier.

6. Seller issues the Pro Forma Invoice and send it to the Buyer.

7. Buyer opens an Irrevocable, Assignable, Transferable, Divisible, Unencumbered Stand By Letter of Credit (SBLC) of the value of Two (2) Months + Non-operative Financial Instruments within five (05) banking days as agreed in the contract to the seller’s bank.

8. The seller’s bank issue PBG (2%) of the value of IARDLC; to the buyer’s bank to activate the Financial Instruments.

9. Shipments start as agreed within 30 to 45 days after Financial Instruments are activated from the buyer’s bank to seller’s bank.
